81Toshiko Arakaki, 90, of Wahiawa, a homemaker, died. She was born in Kekaha, Kauai. She is survived by son Leslie; daughters Charlotte Tsuha, Vernelle Lakatani, Susan Sensui and Patricia Lynn Arakaki; brother Theodore Kaneshiro; sisters Toyoko Kaneshiro and Tomiko Oshiro; and three grandchildren.
