Akira Yamauchi, 83, of Waialua, a retired Waialua Sugar Co. irrigation supervisor and an Army veteran, died in Wahiawa. He was born in Waimea, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Eleanor A., son Len, daughters Lynn and Lisa Wilkins, brother Masaichi, sisters Edith Morita and Jane "Sue" Kashiwabara, and four grandchildren. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Friday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 6:30 p.m. Casual attire.
