Arturo Shimabukuro Cabanilla, 69, of Honolulu, a travel industry operations manager and an Army veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Lahaina. He is survived by wife Helga; son Art; daughters Elizabeth Lum and Rebecca Alexander; brothers Juan Jr., Laurence, Donald, Randolph "Randy" and Nathan; sisters Lenora Carpio, Priscilla Mikel and Karen Coloma; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
