71Penelope Naomi "Penny" Davis, 70, of Kailua, a retired RCI Construction office manager, died in Kailua. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband Richard L. "Rick," son Richard M., daughters Renee Taylor and Pamela Davis-Dwyer, brother Michael Okutani, sisters Pamela Hillman and Verna Maynard, eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
