Wallace Y.F. Chang, 87, of Honolulu, a technical director of the Naval Shore Electronics Engineering Activity, Pacific, at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, nuclear planning manager in the Planning Department at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, and a Navy veteran, died in St. Francis Hospice, Nuuanu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Claire; son Keith; daughters Carrie Talwar and
Kara Carlyle; brothers Anthony, Winfred, Clement, Eugene and Wayland; sister Aileen Lee; and five grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Stephen Catholic Church, 2747 Pali Highway. Services: 11 a.m. Private burial. No flowers. Incorrect information in an obituary published Tuesday.
