74Aniceta Agustin Agapay, 80, of Glendale, Ariz., formerly of Honolulu, a retired licensed practical nurse, died in Phoenix. She was born in Tarlac, Gerona, Philippines. She is survived by son Dr. Allen A., daughter Olinda L. and two grandchildren. Services: 10:45 a.m. Monday at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park Chapel. Burial at noon at the cemetery.
