76Polderic Magaoay Salcedo, 27, of Honolulu, a Nico's Restaurant cook, died in Aiea. He was born in Bacarra, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by daughter Jada Skye Badua Salcedo, fiancee Mary Ann Badua, parents Alexandra and Rick Utana, brother John N. and grandparents Dionisio and Lydia Magaoay, and Jesse Badua.
