Colleen P. Roth, 89, of Honolulu, a retired Children's Hospital clinical psychologist, died in Honolulu. She was born in Wichita, Kan. She is survived by husband Alexander, son Richard, daughter Nancy Waxman and six grandchildren. Private services. In lieu of flowers, donations suggested to Bishop Museum or the Honolulu Museum of Art.
