Charles T. "Chuck" Ormsby, 69, of Lahaina, a retired Navy chief petty officer, died. He was born in New Jersey. He is survived by daughters Renee and Sandra Ormsby, and Christen Clark; brother Thomas; sisters Sheila Guerrazzi and Marie Brugmans; and six grandchildren.
