67Robert Blair "Bob" Graham, 82, of Kuliouou, formerly of Boise, Idaho, a retired city director of data systems, died. He was born in Hot Lake, Ore. He is survived by wife Elizabeth L. Noroian; sons John W., Thomas L. and Roderick W.; brothers Charles P. and Franklin R.; 11 grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Services: 11:30 a.m. Saturday at Kilohana Methodist Church, 5829 Mahimahi St., Honolulu. Aloha attire. No flowers.
