73Shane Nelmida Matias, 52, of Lihue, a former security guard at Garden Island Security and Freeman Guards, bus driver at Akita Enterprises and cook at JJ's Broiler, died in Wilcox Memorial Hospital. He was born in Lihue. He is survived by wife Stacie T. Okiura-Matias; stepfather Richard Fukushima, stepmother Petronilla Remollino; brothers John W. and Max R. Jr.; and sisters Leah Taylor, Christine L. Hao and Marissa Matias. Visitation: 8 a.m. Tuesday at Immaculate Conception Church. Mass: 10 a.m. Cremation to follow. Private inurnment.
