Tina Lee Takushi, 84, of Honolulu died in Kuakini Medical Center. She was born in Seoul. She is survived by son Harry Allen, brother Soon Kun Lee and a grandchild. Services: 6 p.m. Monday at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary. Casual attire. No flowers.
