Melvin Michio Kiso, 79, of Honolulu, a retired federal government certified surveyor and an Air Force veteran, died in Hale Ho Aloha. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by sisters Karen Ebato, Doris Borges and Edna Nakaguma. Private services.
