Judy Konatsu Mizusawa, 86, of Henderson, Nev., a retired cook at Haleiwa Sands Restaurant, died in Las Vegas. She was born in Osaka, Japan. She is survived by son Nelson; daughters Karen Sarae, Janice Kobashigawa and Jean Santiago; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Private services.
