81Mildred Lehua Taketa, 82, of Hilo, a retired store manager at Love 'n Lace bridal shop in Hilo, died in Life Care Center of Hilo. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband Shozo, sons Russel and Dennis, daughters Jettijean Kelii and Laurisa Nishimoto, brother Ronald Kobayashi, sister Renee Von Elsner, eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Visitation: 10 a.m. Friday at New Hope Christian Fellowship Church, 840 Kupulau Road, Hilo. Services: 11 a.m. Casual attire.
