72Mark Richard Mendes, 44, of Haleiwa, a city park maintenance employee, died in Kaiser Medical Center. He was born in Hawaii. He is survived by father Richard and sisters Gwendolyn Mihara, Andrea Hadley, and Beth and Melinda Mendes. Visitation: 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Roch Church, 56-350 Kamehameha Highway, Kahuku. Mass: 11 a.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
