Ouye and sisters Donna R. Hamilton and Stephanie S. Rodrigues. Visitation: 8:30 a.m. Saturday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 10 a.m. Burial: 11 a.m. at Mililani Memorial Park.
