Franz Shiro "Mistah Saimin" Matsuo, 93, of Aiea, owner and founder of Shiro's Saimin Haven in Waimalu, Ewa Beach and Waipahu, will be remembered in services 6 p.m. Wednesday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by son Alan, daughter Linda, six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Visitation: 4:30 p.m. Wednesday at the mortuary. Casual attire. No flowers.
