75Mariano Riopta Rafanan, 91, of Hanamaulu, Kauai, a Lihue Plantation truck driver, died in Wilcox Memorial Hospital. He was born in the Philippines. He is survived by wife Teodora Yasay; sons Edwin, Gideon, Ruben and Elson Yasay; daughters Marina Martinez and Collette Correia; 16 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 10 a.m. Saturday at Garden Island Mortuary. Services: 11 a.m. Casual attire.
