74John Ortiz Sr., 92, of Honolulu, a retired welder at Barbers Point, died in Kaiser Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Dorothy; sons Kenneth, Ruperto "Joe," Wayne and Malcolm Ortiz, and Robert Tumacder; daughters Carolyn Ah Mook Sang and Faye Tucker; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
