Alvin Kiyoshi Kushima, 66, of Honolulu, a retired Office of Hawaiian Affairs director of human resources and an Army veteran who served in the Vietnam War, died at home. He was born in Ewa. He is survived by wife Iris M., son Bryan M. and sister Carol Chun. Visitation: 5 p.m. Monday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Aloha attire.
