76Arthur Kaehamokolo Wills, 75, of Hanalei, Kauai, a construction foreman, died at home. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by sons Joe and John Ramos, and Dean Wills; daughters Virginia Ralston and Holly Fitzpatrick; sister Patricia A.; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Celebration of life: 1 p.m. Sunday at Tahiti Nui.
