Survived by Wife, Irene; Daughters, Cristina & Noelani; Son, David; Mother, Carol (Kawamata) Smouse; Step Father, Roger Smouse; Father, John Delos Santos Sr.; Brother, John Delos Santos Jr.; Sister, Deanna (Dede) Delos Santos-Jenkins.
Services were held in Los Angeles on April 21, 2012 St. Francis of Asisi Church and Burial was held at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Glendale.
