74Francine Shinsato, 86, of Lihue, a high school teacher, died in Garden Isle Health Care. She was born in Lawai, Kauai. She is survived by sons Ken and Ross; daughters Ann and Ginger Shinsato, and Shelley Konishi; brother Tom; three grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Private services. No monetary offerings.
