MacFarland; daughter Amber K.; hanai daughter Tiare Forgerson; father Clayton; mother Elsie W.; brothers John, Clayton Jr. and Nolan; sisters Sonya Quintal and Stephanie Sluman; and three grandchildren. Celebration of life: 5 p.m. to sunset Wednesday at Magic Island. No formal services. Casual attire.
