Wilbur Asau Chang, 87, of Kaneohe, a retired U.S. Postal Service supervisor and an Army veteran, died in Kailua. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Elizabeth L., sons Vernon K.N. and Wilbur K.Y.H., daughters Wilma Kobayashi and Pamela Maetani, six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
