Michael John Peltier, 72, of Goodyear, Ariz., a civil engineer in construction who built high-rises and shopping centers throughout Hawaii, and an Army veteran, died in Goodyear. He was born in Escanaba, Mich. He is survived by wife Judy; daughters Kathleen Larson and Kristina Peltier; brothers William, Lloyd and Jim; sisters Regina, Virginia and Mary; and a grandchild.
