He is survived by wife, Santila Peter; son, Naingle Peter; daughters. Tulpe Peter, Elither Peter; brothers, Brinton Peter, Justin Peter, Scanner Peter, Tulen Peter, Palikun Peter; sisters, Rose Sigrah, Notwe Peter, Julida Peter; nieces and nephews.
Visitation 5:30 p.m. Wednesday 6/6 at Mililani Downtown Mortuary, Service 6:30 p.m. Final services and burial will be held in Kosrae.
