Phillip Hiroshi Ikeda, 58, of Kula, Maui, a Maui County wastewater department operator, died at home. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Monika Jost, daughter Napuaonalani, mother Cecelia Hopkins, brothers Kent and Clayton, and sisters Evelyn M. Zimmerman and Leimomi Lane.
