75Dean O. Powell, 86, of Aiea, a Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard manager, died in Ewa Beach. He was born in Ford, Kan. He is survived by wife Helen C., son Jeffrey L., daughter Sheryl A. Sato, sister Ramona M. Dennis, six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Private services.
