71Avis Mae Manikis Pavao, 55, of Keaau, Hawaii, a retired customer service manager at Walmart in Hilo, died in Kuakini Medical Center. She was born in Hilo. She is survived by husband Joseph "Joey," sons Brandon Manikis and Baylen J. Pavao, mother Elizabeth Miller, brothers Gilbert and Glen Manikis, sistersPatty Lee De Silva and Jasanda Laranang, and six grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. Thursday at Dodo Mortuary. Celebration of life: 6 p.m. Cremation to follow. Casual attire.
