82Maureen May Velasquez Fermin, 76, of Pearl City, a Palisades Elementary School retiree, died in Aiea. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband Jose, son Jason, sisters Betty Barcial and Raynette Silva, and four grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Friday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel.
