75Frank F. De Costa, 85, of Kekaha, Kauai, a sugar plantation serviceman, died in Kauai Veterans Memorial Hospital. He was born in Hawaii. He is survived by wife Dolores P. "Dolly," sons Frank F. Jr. and Stan C., daughters Julie Kajiwara and Vanessa Woodmansee-O'Laughlin, nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Saturday at Saint Theresa's Catholic Church, Kekaha. Mass: 11 a.m. Burial to follow at Kekaha Public Cemetery.
