Donald Beach "Dongo" McGinnis, 84, of Maalaea, Maui, a retired self-employed contractor and a Navy veteran who served on the USS Missouri during World War II, died at home. He was born in Lima, Ohio. He is survived by wife Barbara; sons Michael, Timothy, Thomas and Kelly; sister Peggy Anderson; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Private services.
