Frances Foon Kyau Jay, 75, of Honolulu died in Honolulu. She was born in Puunene, Maui. She is survived by sons Russell, Vernon and Michael; daughter Susan Ishizu; brother William Hew; sisters Christine Uyehara, Aileen Gok, Florence Ching, Annie Hew and Barbara Hakim; and two grandchildren.
