Troy Dennis Vail, 55, of Kailua-Kona, a retired truck driver and co-owner of the former Salty Waters Business, died in Life Care Center of Kona. He was born in New York City. He is survived by wife Doreen, son Robert McClay, daughters Nicole Vail and Kerry Reeves, a brother, two sisters and eight grandchildren. Private services.
