Yoshio Ichiyama, 95, of Honolulu, a Lewers & Cooke sales representative and an Army veteran, died in Maluhia Hospital. He was born in Hono-lulu. He is survived by wife Chikayo, sons Scott T. and Blake S. and sister Ruth F. Private services.
