Florence Ramiscal "Floring" Lucas, 77, of Ewa Beach, a caregiver and retired Waialua Sugar Plantation laborer, died in Wahiawa General Hospital. She was born in Camiling, Tarlac, Philippines. She is survived by brother Ricarte Rayoan and sisters Josephine Ramo, Luisa Censio and Herminia Abalos. Visitation: 2 p.m. Saturday at Moanalua Mortuary. Services: 3 p.m. Aloha attire. No flowers.
