82Madeline Katsuko Ikei, 90, of Honolulu died in Leahi Hospital. She was born in Hanapepe, Kauai. She is survived by sons Ronald, Xavier and Glenn; daughter Fay; nine grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren. Private services.
