Ralph Seikichi Tsuha, 87, of Gardena, Calif., a retired federal government civilian personnel manager and an Army veteran, died. He was born in Honomu, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Judy, daughters Evelyn Tsuha and Millie Reith, two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Services: 10:30 a.m. Friday at National MemorialCemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
