Primitivo Pamo Tabalan, 89, of Honolulu, a Hawaiian Dredging Co. carpenter, died in Honolulu. He was born in Santo Domingo, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. He is survived by son Dan N., daughters Juliana T. Arreola and Christine C. Perkins, six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Visitation: 10 a.m. Monday at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary.
