74Richard Masayuki Ono, 84, of Ahualoa, Hawaii, a retired Hawaii County Police Department officer, died at home. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by wife Shizue, sons Sheldon and Crawford, daughters Wendy Awong and Dawn Fukuki, 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Monday at Dodo Mortuary, Hilo. Services: 10 a.m. Casual attire.
