Charlotte Wai Ung Wong, 84, of Honolulu, owner of Monsarrat Grocery, died in Kaiser Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband Arthur Y.N., son Steven C.S., sisters Winnifred Chang and Shirley Young, four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Private services.
