72Elvera Rae Allen, 72, of Kaneohe, a retired federal government civil service employee, died at home. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by son Arthur R.K. II; sisters Doreen Seguirant, Francine Moniz and Dorothy Vierra; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Scattering of ashes: 10 a.m. July 7 at Kailua Bay. Celebration of life to follow.
