Mark S. Nicoll, 58, of Volcano, Hawaii, a woodworker, died in Honolulu. He was born in New York. He is survived by son Mark A.; daughters LeilaniArif, Christina Van Norman and Napua McKennon; father Thomas; brothers Robert and Thomas Jr.; sisters PattyLoveland and Jennifer Wilson; and five grandchildren.
