Sylvia Mae Toro Santiago, 63, of Honolulu, a homemaker, died in Aiea. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by companion Alberta Lample, stepmother Vivian Toro, brothers Dennis Toro and Gilbert Arroyo, stepbrother Joseph "George" Toro and stepsisters Sylvia "Sweetie" Bogac and Lorane Benarao.
