81Thomas Tetsuo Oshiro, 71, of Honolulu, a retired vending facility specialist for the state Department of Human Services, Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, Services for the Blind Branch-Employment Section, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Norma E., daughters Jodi Ann T. Nakaoka and Dr. Shari Ann T. Oshiro, brothers Ken and Henry, sister Kay Belleza and three grandchildren. Visitation: 3 p.m. Saturday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 4 p.m. Aloha attire. No flowers. No monetary offerings.
