74Sally Eufemia Ceballos "Soling" Edayan, 86, of Waimea, Kauai, a Hawaii state tax examiner, died in Garden Island Healthcare. She was born in Waimea. She is survived by sons Leonard and Clyde, daughter Cynthia Waters, brother Clem Ceballos, sister Betty Parraga and three grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Thursday at Borthwick Kauai Mortuary. Services: 10 a.m. Private burial.
