80David Rush Miller, 70, of Pepeekeo,Hawaii, an English professor at the University of Hawaii at Hilo and former chairman of the Humanities Division, died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Buffalo, N.Y. He is survived by wife Martha, son Benjamin, daughters Ula Anderson and Leah McLeod, brothers Ted and Fritz, sister HeidiGross and four grandchildren.
