He is survived by wife Vanessa K.; sons Olu‘olu and Kai Boy; daughters Pua and Ka‘ala; mothers Lorraine Kaikala and Dixie Kalamau; brothers Richard, Randolph and Samuel Kaikala, Hawyn Jeremiah and John and Lance Kalamau and Daniel and William Kupa; sisters Precious Kaikala and Cassandra, Marla, Michele, Wendellyn and Marialena Kalamau; and five grandchildren. Visitation:9 a.m. Thursday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services:10:30 a.m. Burial:2 p.m. at Nanakuli Homestead Cemetery.
